TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once the booking is completed, free cancellation is available until 19 January 2026 for the Winter session and the Full Pack, and until 18 May 2026 for the Summer session.

 

After these dates, cancellation is still possible, but 50% of the total price will be retained.

If Rothoblaas cancels the course in its entirety, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.

The course is considered confirmed only once participants receive official confirmation from Rothoblaas after the booking deadline:
– Winter session and Full Pack: 19 January 2026
– Summer session: 18 May 2026
